In the near future it’s predicted there’s going to be more plastic in the ocean than fish. The Turning Tide is a short awareness film about plastic pollution told through the eyes of a young boy.

It tells the story of an ocean-loving boy who one day, in a somewhat magical moment, discovers a fish in his bathroom. He rescues it and they quickly become best friends. But the boy soon realises the fish misses the sea, so he makes the difficult decision to return it to its home. But when he reaches the beach he comes face to face with a harsh reality.
